Cooking & Preparation Tips
Yes. Our beef is frozen at peak freshness, immediately after processing, to lock in flavor and texture. When properly thawed, it offers the same premium eating experience as fresh-cut beef.
Grass-fed beef is naturally leaner and cooks faster than grain-fed varieties. For the best results:
- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
- Remove from heat 5°F before your target temperature to account for carryover cooking.
- Allow the meat to rest for 3 minutes before slicing or serving.
Doneness | Internal Temperature (°F) |
Rare | 125° |
Medium Rare | 135° |
Medium | 145° |
Medium Well | 150° |
Well Done | 160° |
Tip: Because grass-fed beef cooks quickly, lower heat and shorter cooking times often yield the most tender, flavorful results.
